Loading the schedule…
Choose a one-off appointment and link an existing rostered shift. Does not create or change a roster entry.
Select appointments and move their dates together. Existing times, durations and recurring series remain unchanged.
Whole-house or participant-focused schedule. Drag one-off items to another day, or use the move buttons.
Activities, appointments, participant holidays/away periods and NSW public holidays.
Assigned Primary and Backup Key Workers can edit. House Managers and Administrators can view every participant’s planner, without editing.
Published routine cards stay unchanged until republished. Activities and appointments remain live from Schedule, even on published boards; reprint after schedule changes.
Review earlier published routine cards. Assigned Key Workers can copy a previous version into the selected week’s working draft. This never edits the published board or scheduled appointments.
Create routine cards with optional times and arrange them in daily order. Purple cards are synced from Schedule and are locked here. Use the print preview to save a single-page A4 landscape PDF.
House Manager or Administrator access.
Ask a House Manager to link your account to your roster name.
The live fortnight roster in the same shift-first format staff see.
Assign by dropdown, drag shifts between cells, or select multiple cells for a bulk update.
Copies the visible fortnight’s staff assignments, including occurrences of recurring shifts. Applying a template creates one-off assignments; existing recurring rules are preserved.
Shift selections save automatically. Drag a shift card or palette chip onto another cell. Overlaps are warned about but can still be saved intentionally.
Required coverage against the live roster. Missing cells can jump directly to the editor.
Add each staff member once. Existing names already used in the roster are imported automatically.
Mark dates a staff member is unavailable. The roster editor will show the restriction and warn before assignment.
Current/next staff, overlaps, participant allocations, upcoming appointments, Away status and active notices.
Copy ranges, replace staff across a date range and save operational handover snapshots.
Standard shifts, their colours and when each is expected.
Adjust standard shift definitions, colours and when each shift is expected for coverage.
What the next shift needs to know: the checklist and a summary, written at the end of each shift and ticked as read by the next.
House duties for each shift. Whoever is on that shift ticks them off; today's jobs also show on the house TV, without names.

Reload screen and Restart TV need a small helper on the TV’s Raspberry Pi. It also restarts a frozen screen by itself, and restarts the Pi at 5:00 am if it has been on for 20 hours or more. It’s set up once, at the Pi, in about 15 minutes.
pi folder from the release onto a USB stick.sudo bash install.sh. It finds the TV’s link by itself, so there’s nothing to type or copy.Step-by-step instructions, and how to check or remove the helper, are in the v8.14 deploy guide and in pi/README.md in the release.
Give the TV a name staff will recognise. Its link is shown once: it goes in the line that starts Chromium on the TV’s Raspberry Pi.
Search archived or cancelled schedule items and ended notices, and restore them.
Staffing, roster cover, appointments and planner publishing over a date range. Attendance is not inferred from past bookings.
Load a report to view current data. Roster statistics follow configured coverage schedules.
Build daily, weekly or custom operational reports, then print/save as PDF or export to CSV/Excel.
Print and Export CSV use the report tab you’re on. Exports contain participant and staff information, so store them securely.

Private audit trail of pilot drafts; the isolated test previews never generate records.
Metadata-only history of roster, appointment/schedule, Key Worker assignments and published boards. No participant notes are copied into this audit view.
Prepare and review future features privately. Pilot records are visible only to Administrators; they never reach staff, managers, the TVs, email or notifications.
Three pilots are now real features for everyone: Announcements (“Send to everyone’s bell” on a notice, shown in the bell at the top of the portal), Handover (a checklist and a summary for each shift, ticked as read by the next) and Jobs (house duties for each shift, also on the house TV without names). Their old pilot drafts are kept but no longer shown here.
Test changes exist only in this browser's memory and are discarded on exit or reload. No live database, email or notification calls.
